PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Remodels require many different aspects to make the vision come to life. From the initial consultation to the design plan, sourcing materials and managing the accounting for monies spent, project management is key. Staying on schedule and managing workers is critical to the success of any project making the difference between a nightmare remodel and one that moves seamlessly, on budget and on schedule.
I source local and off island furnishings, floor coverings, accessories, wallpaper, tile and window coverings. Because I specialize in sourcing creative and unique items, you can rest assure that your property will truly stand out.

RENTAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Protecting your investment comes with the knowledge of your property's condition. With extensive experience working in and around vacation rental properties my team is uniquely qualified to inspect your property and provide a detailed report on its condition.
Our report will cover how well your cleaners and property managers are caring for your property, how complete your inventory levels are with dishes, linen, beach chairs, etc. as well as repairs that are needed, furnishings inline to be replaced either now or in the future, condition of the window coverings, walls, paint, flooring, plumbing, grounds maintenance and more.

ORGANIZING & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Every space feels better when it's well put together. When you open the closet, you want to see organized essentials, matching towels, dishes that coordinate and kitchen accessories that are easy to find and simple to use. We inspect every room and storage area of your property and ensure all spaces represent the high standard of your rental.
Clutter removal, replacement of mismatched items and ongoing upkeep show your guests how much they are valued.

I offer an entire range of support from simple redesigns to complete remodels. If you prefer to do the work yourself and just need inspiration and guidance, I'd be happy to help!
